To cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order details.<\/li>\n<li>Once the seva has been performed at the temple, the order is <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, as the service has already been delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Failed or duplicate payments<\/h2>\n<p>If your payment was charged but your order was not confirmed, or if you were charged more than once for the same Arzi, we will refund the extra or failed amount in full.<\/p>\n<h2>How refunds are issued<\/h2>\n<p>Approved refunds are processed back to your original PhonePe payment method. Refunds are typically completed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong>, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Email <strong>[your support email]<\/strong> with your name, registered phone number, and order\/transaction ID.
