MyArzi (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website to let devotees submit a prayer (“Arzi”) to a selected temple, which we then offer as a seva on their behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Details you provide in the Arzi form: your name, email address, phone number, selected temple, and the prayer/request text you submit.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by PhonePe. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.
- Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To perform and confirm the seva you have requested at the selected temple.
- To send you order confirmations and updates about your Arzi.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process payments and prevent fraud, through our payment partner PhonePe.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and process payments (such as PhonePe and our hosting provider), and where required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain order information for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
