These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MyArzi website and services. By placing an Arzi and making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Our service
MyArzi is a devotional facilitation service. When you submit an Arzi and pay the applicable fee, our team offers your prayer as a seva at the temple you select on your behalf. MyArzi facilitates the seva; it does not guarantee any specific spiritual, material, or personal outcome.
Fees and payment
- The seva contribution is a flat fee of ₹251 per Arzi, applicable to all listed temples.
- Payments are collected securely through PhonePe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the Arzi form.
- You will not use the service for any unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent purpose.
Temples and availability
Listed temples (currently Kashi Vishwanath, Siddhivinayak, and Vaishno Devi) may change. Seva is performed subject to temple timings, rules, and local conditions beyond our control.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MyArzi and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyArzi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Arzi.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
